What is a Preorder?

A preorder is an order placed for an item that is not yet in stock but will be available at a later date. This allows you to secure the item before it becomes available to the general public.

Important Preorder Guidelines

Preorders take approximately 6-12 business days to process before they are shipped out. This does not include weekends or public holidays. 

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order will be held until all items are available for shipping. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for separate shipments.

We use The Courier Guy for all our shipments to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including any additional costs if choosing to ship in-stock items separately from preordered items.

While we provide estimated shipping dates, please note that delays may occur due to supplier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes.

Once a preorder has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless explicitly stated. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

📦 Shipping Info

- Delivery takes 2–7 business days. (We use The Courier Guy)
-Processing time is 6–12 business days excluding delivery.

-Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.


Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order):
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order is ready.
- Want the in-stock items shipped earlier? No problem — just cover the additional delivery fee, and we’ll send the rest when ready.
- As a thank you, you’ll receive a R50 voucher when your pre-order ships if you choose to split the shipment.

🔁 Return Policy

- 14 business days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Electronics (e.g., phones):

-if the seal is broken or the package has been opened.
Faulty electronics can be returned within 30 business days of delivery for refund after inspection.
